I had so much fun at the Cupid’s Undie Run in D.C. The run was so high energy and unlike anything I’ve seen before. An annual event to raise money for the Children’s Tumor Foundation, participants run 1.5 miles in their bare minimums in the middle of February. I don’t remember the exact temperature atContinue reading “Cupid’s Undie Run”

Ai Weiwei
A friend of a friend recommended the Ai Weiwei Exhibit at the Hirshhorn Museum here in D.C. Ai Weiwei is most recently known for designing the Bird’s Nest Stadium, built for the 2008 Olympics in Beijing. Ai Weiwei is a jack of all trades. He does everything (impressively) from sculpture, to architecture, to photography. I learned a lotContinue reading “Ai Weiwei”
Vintage
I received a surprise package from a good friend of mine that contained these vintage cameras. I wasn’t the only one who was intrigued by them. My son couldn’t keep his hands off them. – January 18, 2013

Portland Maine
I took a trip to Portland, ME a few weeks ago for work. Word on the street is that it’s best to visit Portland during the summer. I can attest to that after not being able to feel my fingers while taking these shots. – December 14, 2012

My good college friend, and goddaughter (Steve & Aniyah) came down to D.C. this past weekend to visit and take a tour of the sites. It was my first time back to the Reflecting Pool since it underwent construction. Above are a few picts of the awesome father/daughter duo by the Reflecting Pool en routeContinue reading “Reflecting Pool”

Sandy
I’ve been thinking about Sandy all week, as most of us have. I spent the past week in San Francisco and it felt weird to think about posting pictures from my trip without acknowledging the devastation in the Northeast. These are a few picts my cousin snapped with his phone while helping with theContinue reading “Sandy”
