3 of 5: Proof was definitely the hardest assignment out of the 5. Things were crazy busy, they weren’t expecting me due to miscommunication, the restaurant was particular dark (I didn’t walk with a flash in attempt to be as unobtrusive as possible)… and to boot, it was a dreary/rainy Sunday. Can I get a do over?

Great experience to get behind the scenes of a large restaurant and not be a part of it
